The Monday of the Long View

Kris Evergreen here. Good morning, and welcome to the third week of June.

Six and a half months into 2026. Which means you are more than halfway through the year, very nearly, and this is the kind of Monday where it’s useful to take the genuinely long view before the week gets its hands on you.

Not to generate anxiety about what hasn’t happened. To generate honest clarity about what has. Six and a half months is enough time for something real to have developed — a skill, a habit, a relationship, a way of thinking. It’s enough time for something that was a seed in January to be showing actual growth right now.

What’s grown? Where are you that you weren’t in January? That’s the question worth sitting with before the week begins.

Six months is enough time for something real to have developed. What’s grown?

What’s one way you’re genuinely different now than you were at the start of 2026?
