There’s a particular kind of June Sunday where the day just unfolds slowly and nothing feels urgent and the windows are open and something good is happening in the kitchen and time has a different texture than it usually does.

I hope today is one of those for you.

If it’s not — if today is complicated or lonely or anxious in the way Sundays can be — I want to offer you the warm water reset. Hands under warm water for a minute. Let your nervous system remember it’s safe. Then one small, good thing. A walk. A call to someone who makes you feel like yourself. A cup of something warm and a few minutes outside in the long June evening.

The week is coming, same as always. But it isn’t here yet. You have Sunday.
