The Last Sunday of June

Image for: The Last Sunday of June

Last Sunday of June. Which means July arrives on Wednesday, and with it the full, committed heat of summer, and the year will be more than halfway over, and you’ll have made it through six complete months of 2026.

But tonight is still June. And June has been something. It started with Pride and ended with fireflies and in between it held the longest day of the year and Juneteenth and Father’s Day and the solstice turning and weeks of long light and summer ease.

Take a slow Sunday with June tonight. The Sunday Reset: let go of what the month didn’t finish. Acknowledge where you are. Set an intention for what’s coming. Identify one thing you’re looking forward to in July.

Rest well. Summer is in full swing. You’re in it.

You made it through June. Rest well. Summer is in full swing and you’re in it.

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in July?
