Do the One Summer Thing
Saturday. And following up on yesterday: today’s the day. Do the one summer thing.
You know the one. The thing you keep meaning to do every summer and somehow the season ends before you get to it. The lake you never make it to. The ice cream place across town. The hike. The picnic. The afternoon with nothing to do but be outside. The friend you keep saying you’ll see when it’s warm.
Here’s your Simple Mission for the day: pick one summer thing and actually do it. Not someday. Today. The whole point of a Simple Mission is that it’s one thing, it’s achievable, and when it’s done, you’re done — you got something real out of the day.
Summer is generous but it isn’t infinite. Spend some of it on purpose today.

What’s the one summer thing you’re going to actually do today?
