The Unhurried Sunday
The first Sunday of August. And because the month started on a weekend, there’s no pressure yet — no week to close out, no Monday looming with a full agenda. Just an open summer Sunday at the start of a new month.
Days like this are rare enough that they deserve to be noticed. A Sunday without the usual weight. A fresh month without the usual rush. The calendar handing you a soft landing.
Use it gently. The Sunday Reset works beautifully on a day like this: let go of July — whatever it held, it’s held now. Acknowledge where you are — honestly, without judgment. Set a loose intention for August — not a goal, a direction. And find one thing you’re looking forward to this month — one point of light to walk toward.
Then spend the rest of the day however feels right. This one belongs entirely to you.
The calendar handed you a soft landing. Use it gently.
What’s one thing you’re genuinely looking forward to this month?
