Kris Evergreen here. Monday morning, third week of May, and I want to ask you something before the week fully gets its hands on you.

What’s your intention for this week? Not your to-do list — your intention. The quality you want to bring. The way you want to show up. The thing you’d like to be true about how you moved through Monday through Friday when you’re looking back at it on Sunday night.

Patience. Presence. Honesty. Courage for one specific thing. Kindness to a particular person, or to yourself. More listening and less reacting. One daily walk. Saying the thing you’ve been putting off saying.

Pick one. Just one. Write it somewhere you’ll see it today. Let it be the quiet thread running through whatever the week throws at you.
